Какие вы можете порекомендовать лекарства или что-нибудь другое для чистки сосудов головного мозга.

Точнее, любые ноотропы - производные гинко и т.д.

Сам пару раз в год употребляю "Риколин". Правда, он не тайский, а индонезийский, но не суть :)

Bua bok (Centella asiatica) commonly referred to as "the miracle herb", serves a wide range of possibilities, from producing shiny hair to enhancing brain functions. The herb's seemingly magical properties treat everything from small ailments to serious illnesses. Besides, it can be served as food on the dinner table!With such amazing qualities, one would expect more people to be familiar with the miraculous herb, and yet it resides in the dark; hidden in the shadow of industrialised factory-manufactured medicines and drugs.

"Why depend on manufactured medicines and hospitals for everything, when you find something nature gives you in order to treat basic illnesses?," said noted pharmacist Supaporn Pitiporn, from the Chao Phya Abhaibhubejhr Hospital.

Commonly used as a traditional household medicine, bua bok is mostly known solely for its efficiency in healing aphthous ulcers. While other herbs also possess the ability to cure aphthous ulcers, bua bok is well known to be the most easily administered since it does not need the use of heat for effective application.

It can be adapted to old traditional Thai recipes such as Thai egg omelet, or blended into a drink for more effect. The cooling, minty sensation produced by the plant yields a chill that counters the heat in one's body, creating an inner balance when digested.

Only later, with the assistance of professional research and scientific experiments, did the truly wide healing range of bua bok reveal itself to the community, although few people are aware of it.


"Research and experiments conducted on lab rats have concluded that in addition to curing aphthous ulcers, bua bok also possesses abilities to improve brain function and revitalise youth and memory capacity," said Dr Anchalee Juthaputa from the Institute of Thai Traditional Medicine.A group of lab rats with partially functioning brains were divided into two groups. One group was given the herb to eat, while the other group wasn't. At the end of the experiment period, the group given bua bok displayed a faster and better functioning brain and memory capacity in test activities. Since the discovery, bua bok has been used on slower developing brains - especially those of children - to enhance their functions.

Although bua bok can be found in abundance in Thailand, its amazing qualities make some other countries aware of its uses.

In India, bua bok is brewed into a concoction used as a soothing drink because of its ability to calm the mind, rid the body of sores and reduce headaches. It improves the functions of the GABA receptors, therefore, reducing the intensity of headaches.

А уменя вот голова часто болит. Мне эта тема интересна. Может кто то еще может высказаться по данному вопросу.

лидия, где то проскакивало про массаж шеи - типа там что то защемляется и отсюда недостаток крови и ессно кислорода в голове . Мож это поможет ?
Сам бы сходил к такой массажистке .Тока по рекомендации . С улицы страшновато ..

по-большому счету надо делать МРТ шеи вообщем-то
а так да, защемление сосудов и недостаточно кровоснабжение в голове.
второй вариант - повышенное/пониженное внутричерепное давление (отличается кстати от давления в теле). проверяется по сетчатке глаза.
спазм периферийных сосудов в моску приводит как раз к спазматическим болям.
если болит пол-головы, к примеру, это может быть мигрень
если болит макушка - давление внутри головы повышенное
если болит затылок - проблема с шеей, скорее всего.
боли во лбу - это воспаление фронтальных пазух или синусит

Вообщем то я имел в виду Светлану с Hollanda, но она многозначительно промолчала,

за то у других воображение разыгралось не по теме.
